Our Return Philosophy

Because our essential oils are personal wellness products, we uphold the highest hygiene standards. We gladly accept returns on unopened, perfectly sealed bottles within a designated timeframe after delivery. To guarantee the absolute purity of our collection for everyone, we cannot accept opened items.

Damages and Support

We package our European Violet Glass with extreme care to protect it during transit. If your order ever arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@naturoil.me. We will work quickly to make it right and restore your peace of mind.

Where do you ship, and how can I get my order?

We deliver across all of Lebanon through specialised delivery partners such as Wakilni. You are also welcome to collect your order directly from our offices.
